Troubleshooting

  • No sound? Make sure Sounds is enabled in the app settings and your iPad is not muted.
  • Answer won’t submit? Tap outside the keypad to dismiss it, or press Enter on the keyboard.
  • Reset progress? Use the Reset button in the app to start a new session.
  • Need a report? Tap Progress Report to generate and share your session report.

For Grade 4 Math Trainer privacy details, read the standalone app privacy policy. Matt Coding Tutor has a separate privacy policy. Grade 4 Math Trainer stores session data locally on your device unless you explicitly share a report.
